Job Description
About the Role
This role leads Novita’s communications function, ensuring strategic, coordinated and compliant engagement that strengthens reputation and supports organisational priorities.
Build and protect Novita’s reputation and relevance with key audiences and the community
Lead the development and delivery of communications plans aligned to organisational and business priorities
Provide communications strategy, planning and expert advice across the organisation
Deliver integrated communications and stakeholder engagement across campaigns, channels and initiatives
Build strong stakeholder, media and community relationships to enhance profile and trust
Lead social media and community engagement to support awareness and participation
Use data and reporting to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure all communications meet governance, compliance and ethical standards
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Proven experience in communications, PR, marketing or stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver communication strategies and plans
Strong storytelling and content development skills, including media and stakeholder engagement
Experience across digital, internal and external communications, using data to inform decisions
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with confidence advising senior leaders
Education and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related discipline
NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check
Driving License is desirable
