Job Description
About the Role
This role leads Novita’s fundraising function, driving sustainable income through strong relationships, targeted strategy and values‑aligned engagement.
Lead fundraising strategy and planning aligned to organisational priorities
Design and deliver fundraising initiatives that prioritise long‑term relationships, trust and shared values
Deliver fundraising and supporter engagement across campaigns, events and giving programs
Build and grow strong donor, corporate and community relationships
Use data, CRM insights and reporting to track performance and improve outcomes
Provide people leadership to build capability and a high‑performing fundraising function
Ensure governance, compliance and ethical fundraising standards are met
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships or supporter engagement, with income growth outcomes
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver fundraising strategies, campaigns and engagement programs
Strong relationship management skills across donors, corporate partners and community stakeholders
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and data to track performance and improve results
Proven people leadership experience with the ability to build capability and lead performance
Education and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications or a related discipline
NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check
Driver’s License is desirable
