Job Description
About the Role
This 12-month parental leave cover (to April 2027) leads our Kadina Client Services team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll oversee service delivery, team performance and stakeholder relationships to ensure strong outcomes for clients and families.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support coordinators to deliver quality services, working alongside a Service Coordinator leading our Community Programs team
Drive service planning, development and continuous improvement
Oversee reporting, documentation and operational performance
Build strong relationships with clients, families and community partners
Allocate resources effectively to meet service and budget requirements
Support staff development through coaching, communication and guidance
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in disability or community services
Strong understanding of person-centred and human rights based approaches
Proven capability in service delivery, planning, reporting and problem solving
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders
Ability to manage operational priorities, allocate resources and meet performance targets
Skilled in coaching, supporting and developing staff through change
Education and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in leadership, management, allied health or related field (desirable)
Additional training in disability, community services or human services (advantageous)
WWCC and NDIS Worker Check required
