Knowledge, skills and experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience and commitment to encouraging and facilitating participating in activities of daily living
- Strong understanding and commitment to person-centred care
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with high intensity support needs
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Confident using client management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Experience with behaviour support strategies and health needs and the ability to adapt supports to clients needs
- Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
- A current driver’s license (minimum P2 required)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Willingness to complete all mandatory training requirements
- Knowledge of National Disability Standards and safeguarding practices
We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don’t have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we’ll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
