About the Roles
We currently have multiple vacancies for Service Leads (full time) and Night Service Leads (part time or full-time opportunities) due to growth in our Community Living teams.
As a Service Lead/Night Service Lead, you’ll ensure clients receive safe, person-centred support while guiding and empowering your team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure client safety, dignity, and choice through high-quality support
Respond promptly to client needs, including medical and behavioural concerns
Provide leadership, coaching, and task allocation to support staff
Oversee compliance, audits, and accurate documentation across sites
Lead emergency responses and maintain clear communication pathways
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Bring your expertise and leadership skills to ensure exceptional client outcomes:
Proven ability to lead and support teams in a care or service environment
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
Skilled in risk management, incident response, and decision-making under pressure
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and organisational systems
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Education and Qualifications
Your qualifications will support your ability to lead and maintain best practice:
Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related field
Current First Aid and CPR certification
NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
Training in medication administration and restrictive practices (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites
We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don’t have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we’ll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
