About the Role
We are seeking an experienced practitioner for this full time role based at our Christies Beach office, supporting clients with complex needs where you will:
Manage a varied clinical caseload with diverse client goals
Apply evidence-based strategies to reduce your clients’ reliance on behaviours of concern and work towards fading out restrictive practices
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational standards
Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement

Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Ability to apply and evaluate Positive Behaviour Support interventions including Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
Strong problem-solving and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Sound time management and organisational abilities
Proficiency in documentation and compliance with NDIS standards
Familiarity with and commitment to achieving the objectives of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
Education and Qualifications
Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualification in allied health or related field e.g., Developmental Education, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychological Science, Behavioural Science or related discipline and/or post graduate certificate in Positive Behaviour Support
Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
Self-assessed and supervisor-endorsed at Core Practitioner level or above preferred
AHPRA or relevant discipline board registration (if applicable)
Current First Aid certificate (desirable)
Working with Children and NDIS Worker Checks
Valid Driver’s license and willingness to use own vehicle
