Job Description

About You

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of compliance and risk in the disability sector. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a proactive approach to quality improvement.

  • Experienced in incident management and regulatory reporting
  • Skilled in conducting audits and analysing service delivery trends
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Organised, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring Novita’s compliance with NDIS standards through incident management, audits, and strategic quality initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold client safety.

  • Assess and triage client incidents for NDIS reportable thresholds
  • Manage notifications and investigations in line with statutory obligations
  • Lead internal audits and contribute to service delivery improvements
  • Monitor compliance against NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
  • Provide strategic advice on risk, governance, and quality frameworks

  • Experience in compliance, audit, and quality systems within disability or community services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Skilled in incident management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to analyse data and trends to inform service delivery enhancements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills

Education and Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience working within the NDIS regulatory environment
  • Current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
