About You
You’re a compassionate and motivated professional with a passion for individualised support. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy mentoring others to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’re confident working independently, have strong communication skills, and bring a flexible, proactive approach to your work. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Yorke Peninsula are essential. You value integrity, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
About the Role
This 12 month contract based in Kadina supports individualised disability services across the Yorke Peninsula. You’ll work both on the floor and within the leadership team, helping clients achieve their goals through tailored support.
Deliver one-on-one support in homes and community settings
Assist with personal care, health needs, and daily living tasks
Mentor and coach support staff to improve service quality
Contribute to planning and documentation of individualised programs and staff rostering
Travel across the region required, current driver’s licence essential

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Strong understanding of individualised support and person-centred practice
Ability to mentor and coach staff to improve service delivery
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Confident using client management systems and maintaining accurate records
Experience working independently and managing competing priorities
Education and Qualifications
Along with the experience in supporting client centred services, you will have:
Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Indiviual Support or Community Services (or equivalent)
Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR), and training in; Assist with Medication, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Through their Eyes, and Manual Handling
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
