About the Role
This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) contract role until 31 December 2026, based at our Croydon Park office.
The role supports NovitaTech’s rental operations by ensuring smooth coordination, customer service, and system efficiency.
Assist with planning and executing rental processes across the business
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage deliveries, collections, and repairs
Ensure accurate documentation, contract management, and stock quality control
Contribute to continuous improvement and support retail operations when needed
NovitaTech are involved in a pilot program regarding refurbishment of second-hand equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to carry out the administrative functions of this pilot
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Understanding of assistive technology and the disability sector
Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively
Education and Qualifications
NDIS Worker Clearance
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Driver’s Licence
