About Us
Novita provides early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 4,300 people living with disability, as well as support for their families and carers. Our primary purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential.
You will be required to have:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as human resources/business/psychology) or equivalent experience.
- Experience as an HR generalist
- Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, integrity, self-awareness, and empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and cooperatively.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional standards, and a proactive approach.
We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. You will be required to hold a current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check prior to commencement. If you don’t have these, we’ll let you know how to obtain one prior to starting work with us.
Remuneration Package and Benefits
The role is classified at the ASO 5 level under the Novita Enterprise Agreement 2024.
Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
