Job Description
About the Role
You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred disability services. You will drive team performance, service excellence and continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for clients, families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Client Services/Allied Health team
Ensure quality, person-centred service delivery and client outcomes
Manage resources, budgets, reporting and operational performance
Build strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement, risk management and service quality
Support service planning, case management and client transitions
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience delivering quality services in disability, community, health or human services environments
Strong understanding of person-centred practices and human rights-based approaches
Proven ability to manage operational performance, resources and service outcomes
Experience building positive relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the South Australian disability and health systems is desirable
Education & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Leadership, Management, Disability, Community Services, Allied Health or a related field (desirable)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required prior to commencement
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
Ability to obtain and maintain all mandatory clearances required by Novita
