About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Experience Officer based at NovitaTech Croydon Park, where you will deliver outstanding service while supporting clients, families and stakeholders within the NDIS environment.

  • Act as the first point of contact, providing warm, professional customer service and managing enquiries, bookings and reception
  • Support NDIS service delivery through accurate scheduling, client communications and maintaining up-to-date information systems
  • Provide high-quality administrative support including reports, correspondence, data entry and office coordination
  • Coordinate site operations such as meetings, equipment, travel bookings, maintenance activities and supplier services
  • Support events and workshops while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team culture

We have two positions available, 1 full time and 1 part-time with flexible working hours across 5 days per week. Please note, the official title of the role is Customer Experience Officer.

Desired Skills and Experience

Knowledge, skills and qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within an NDIS, health or community services environment
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes, client needs and service delivery (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone manner and clear written communication
  • High level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with client management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients, families and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Certificate in Administration, Business or related discipline (desirable)
  • Current Working with Children and NDIS Worker Check required to commence
