Job Description
About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Experience Officer based at NovitaTech Croydon Park, where you will deliver outstanding service while supporting clients, families and stakeholders within the NDIS environment.
Act as the first point of contact, providing warm, professional customer service and managing enquiries, bookings and reception
Support NDIS service delivery through accurate scheduling, client communications and maintaining up-to-date information systems
Provide high-quality administrative support including reports, correspondence, data entry and office coordination
Coordinate site operations such as meetings, equipment, travel bookings, maintenance activities and supplier services
Support events and workshops while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team culture
We have two positions available, 1 full time and 1 part-time with flexible working hours across 5 days per week. Please note, the official title of the role is Customer Experience Officer.
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and qualifications
Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within an NDIS, health or community services environment
Strong understanding of NDIS processes, client needs and service delivery (desirable)
Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone manner and clear written communication
High level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with client management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients, families and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Certificate in Administration, Business or related discipline (desirable)
Current Working with Children and NDIS Worker Check required to commence
