Job Description
About the Role
Drive growth and awareness of innovative, non-traditional mobility solutions designed for complex client needs. You’ll work closely with clinicians and stakeholders to build pathways and position these solutions within advanced care settings.
Build strong relationships with therapists, clinicians and prescribers
Identify and support complex client cases needing alternative mobility
Deliver product demonstrations, trials and clinical education
Develop referral pathways across disability, aged care and hospital sectors
Grow and manage a specialised pipeline of complex equipment opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Experience in business development within assistive technology, rehabilitation or complex healthcare equipment
Strong understanding of non-traditional mobility and alternative assistive technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to introduce and grow new products or services in market
Proven stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with clinicians, therapists and prescribers
Understanding of NDIS funding pathways for complex or non-standard equipment
Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with a high degree of autonomy
Education and Qualifications
Essential:
Relevant qualification in disability, rehabilitation, healthcare or assistive technology
Demonstrated experience in business development, clinical sales or complex equipment provision
NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check
Experience with alternative or advanced mobility solutions
Experience introducing innovative or emerging products into market
Working knowledge of NDIS funding processes for complex assistive technology
